The terms, plainly.

• Plans: Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly, billed weekly.
• Unlimited mileage is included with every rental.
• Extra days can be added to any rental at $65 per day, for every car.
• Your rental period start and end dates are set when your request is approved.

No security deposit. Guest is liable for, but not limited to:

• Smoking violations
• Vaping violations
• Pet violations
• Excessive cleaning fees
• Fuel charges
• Minor damage repairs
• Unpaid rental charges
• Administrative fees
• The $1,000 insurance deductible, per damage incident
• Traffic violations and associated fees

Renter must have a card on file with Ventori to rent: a valid debit or credit card issued by a bank. Third-party online cards such as Chime or PayPal are not accepted. The card is saved with Square, Ventori's payment processor.

Guest accepts all damages during the trip by signing the rental agreement.

Renter agrees to maintain a valid credit card on file throughout the rental period. Company may charge the card on file for:

• Rental extensions
• Damage claims
• Fuel charges
• Cleaning charges
• Towing fees
• Impound fees
• Administrative fees
• Unpaid balances

Renter must:

• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Pass Company's screening and verification process.
• Authorize a background check if requested.
• Provide proof of current automobile insurance.

Renter represents that their insurance policy extends coverage to rental vehicles where applicable.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape devices, and any other smoking products.

Violation may result in cleaning, deodorization, and loss-of-use charges. Smoking violations: $250 to $500.

Pets and animals are prohibited inside the vehicle unless specifically approved in writing by Company. Unauthorized animals may result in cleaning charges, odor removal charges, pet hair removal charges, and damage repair charges.

The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank of fuel.

If the vehicle is returned without a full tank, Renter agrees to pay the actual fuel replacement cost plus a $15 refueling service fee.

Renter agrees to:

• Operate the vehicle responsibly.
• Keep the vehicle reasonably clean.
• Lock the vehicle when unattended.
• Report mechanical issues immediately.
• Report accidents immediately.

Renter agrees not to: abuse the vehicle, drive recklessly, race the vehicle, use the vehicle for illegal purposes, allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle, tow trailers without written approval, or drive off-road.

Any accident, theft, vandalism, or damage must be reported to Company within 24 hours. Renter agrees to cooperate fully with insurance investigations and claims.

If damage occurs, the claim runs through Ventori's rental insurance and Renter pays the $1,000 deductible per damage incident, charged to the card on file. Renter remains responsible for amounts not covered by insurance to the extent permitted by law and the rental agreement.

Renter must maintain valid automobile insurance during the rental period and agrees to provide insurance information upon request.

Damage during the rental period is claimed through Ventori's rental insurance. Renter is responsible for the $1,000 deductible per damage incident.

Renter is solely responsible for parking tickets, toll charges, traffic citations, camera tickets, impound fees, and storage fees. Ventori may charge an administrative processing fee in addition to any amounts owed.

If the vehicle is impounded while in Renter's possession, Renter is responsible for towing fees, storage fees, recovery costs, administrative expenses, and lost rental income resulting from vehicle unavailability. Failure to reimburse Company may result in collections, legal action, or both.

Renter acknowledges that the vehicle may be equipped with GPS tracking devices for vehicle recovery, theft prevention, maintenance monitoring, and fleet management purposes where permitted by law.

Failure to return the vehicle as agreed may be considered unauthorized possession. Company reserves all legal remedies available for vehicle recovery.

A vehicle returned more than one hour after the scheduled return time is charged an additional day at $65 per day.

Any unpaid balance may be referred to a collection agency or pursued through legal action. Renter agrees to pay reasonable collection costs and court costs where permitted by law.

This Agreement represents the entire agreement between Company (Ventori) and Renter.

Breaking the rules of this agreement, such as keeping the car past the due date, non-payment, or driving outside allowed areas, is a default of the contract and gives Ventori the legal right to recover the car.

When a renter fails to return a rental car after the contract expires, Nevada law classifies it as the crime of embezzlement under NRS 205.312.

Because the vehicle legally remains the property of the rental agency and the contract has been breached, Company has the legal right to recover or repossess the car, often working with police or recovery agents, without a prior court order, provided it does not violate general "breach of peace" restrictions.

By signing the rental agreement at pickup, Renter acknowledges:

• Receipt of the vehicle in acceptable condition.
• Understanding of all rental terms.
• Responsibility for compliance with the Agreement.
