Choose a vehicle on the request form and the week you need it. Availability is reviewed by hand — we do not auto-book.

Send two documents
A valid driver's license and proof you drive for a platform (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Amazon Flex, Instacart, or Spark). Traveling nurses and contractors send proof of assignment instead.

We review, then you pay

No deposit is required. You need a valid driver's license and proof that you drive for a platform, or proof of assignment if you are a traveling professional.
